We have the ability to modify any of our standard machines and serve the customers special request and needs.
The ROMO models can fill products such as, Liquid Detergents, Cosmetics, Foodstuff, Dairy, Still Water and Juices, Edible Oils, Olive Oils, Lube Oils, Pharmaceuticals, in any kind of bottles and containers. Thomason is offering ideal solutions for all those filling applications where flexibility, ease of use, rapid change-over and automated cleaning/washing (CIP) operations are considered to be of high importance. The option of the CIP cleaning connection with dummy bottles makes the cleaning process very easy and secures hygiene operation of the machine when change from one type of product to another.
Control systems ensure the correct filling and closing of every bottle, and any faulty bottle is rejected onto a parallel discharge conveyor. Every risk of product spillage during the filling process is eliminated as the nozzles enter the bottle neck for few centimetres. Fully automatic operation with computerized control (B&R) and colored TFT touch screen 1 O' for user-friendly operation to adjust the machine functions and parameters. Can store unlimited formulas for easy change over. Motorized height adjustment for different bottle sizes. Fault diagnostic information on the touch screen. Ethernet connection for technical assistance on line from our technical department.
The machine outside frame and doors are made out of Stainless Steel 304 and all product contact parts are made out of Stainless Steel 316L. Quick release change over parts and change from one type of product to another to minimize size and product changeover time. High level of operating performance and reliability. Centralized lubrication system. Laminar Flow filters are available as optional for all ROMO machines. For difficult and unstable bottles we are offering bottle pockets filling system with endless return conveyor.

This Monoblock is based on Stainless Steel Flow Meters Filling System, designed to fill Still Water, Juices, Dairy. This special type of filling valve has been researched and developed so as not to require contact between bottle and filling valve, thereby guaranteeing scrupulously high and constant levels of hygiene.

This Monoblock is based on a Low vacuum / Gravity to fill flat and low density liquids. The opening of the filling valve is actuated by its contact with the neck-finish of the container raised by the supporting cylinder. The range of configurations and options allow great flexibility of use.
